Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Small Group & Semi-Private Tours (excluding tours with entry to the Colosseum or the Vatican)

You may amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the tour’s local start time for a full refund.

Colosseum Tours

  • For group and private tours that include entry to the Colosseum, changes or cancellations are possible up to 8 days before the tour’s local start time for a full refund.
  • For Underground Colosseum Tours, cancellations are possible up to 35 days before the tour date for a full refund, due to strict ticketing regulations. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 8 days before the scheduled visit.

Vatican Tours

  • For group tours that include entry to Vatican Museums, cancellations are possible up to 72 hours before the tour’s local start time for a full refund.
  • For Private Vatican Tours, a €50 per person cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. This fee covers the non-refundable costs required to secure exclusive access. The rest is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 8 days prior to the tour date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 8 days before the scheduled visit.

Private Tours (excluding private tours with entry to the Colosseum or the Vatican)

Private tours may be canceled up to 3 days before the tour start time for a full refund. Golf cart private tours may be canceled up to 2 days before the tour start time for a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if Beebosbags S.r.l. cancels a service and no suitable alternative is available.
  • Refunds are processed as soon as possible and anyway within 14 business days.

Delays/transport issues

Missed tours due to flight, train, or traffic delays are treated as late cancellations and therefore non refundable.
