What time should I arrive at the meeting point?
Please read our meeting point directions thoroughly in advance. It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15–20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
Do I need to bring my passport or ID on the tour?

In cases of extreme weather (such as flooding, hail storms, lightning storms, etc.), some areas or sections of the sites may close down for safety reasons. If this happens, we will adapt the tour accordingly.
Are tour times and site visits guaranteed?
We will do everything within our power to ensure that timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to issues beyond our control (such as security delays, strikes, unexpected site closures, or special events), timings and sites are subject to last-minute changes on rare occasions.

Can I book a transfer to the meeting point?
Of course. On request, we can arrange private transfers from your hotel, apartment, train station or airport directly to the tour meeting point and back. This way you travel comfortably and avoid stress with taxis or public transport.
How far in advance should I request a custom tour?
We recommend sending your custom tour request at least a few days in advance, especially in high season, so we can check guide availability, tickets and transfers. However, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
