• Terms and Conditions of use – the policy & rules regulating the use of this site by the end guest.
• Users – any person accessing, reading, and/or using this site and its services.
• Beebosbags S.r.l. (“Your Local X”) – the company operating under the commercial brand Your Local X, registered in Italy as Beebosbags S.r.l.
• Seller – Beebosbags S.r.l. and its employees acting as licensed tour operator (Regione Lazio licence number GR533483, SCIA dated 17 Oct. 2017).
• Provider / Third-Party Provider – any independent person or company (e.g. freelance guides, tour leaders, drivers, hotels, restaurants) contracted or coordinated by Beebosbags S.r.l. to provide complementary services.
• Website – refers to www.yourlocalx.com and any links under the control of Beebosbags S.r.l.
• Materials – content of the site including text, HTML, photographs, maps, software, video, emails.
• Services – tourism-related products and services offered by Beebosbags S.r.l.
• Private Tour – a tour exclusively for the client’s party, regardless of size.
• Small Group Tour – a tour including participants from multiple parties, with group size as advertised.
• Museum Tickets / Admissions – fees charged to enter museums, archaeological sites, or other cultural venues.
• Booking Confirmation – email confirmation issued by Beebosbags S.r.l. confirming reserved services.
• Reasonable Action – actions in compliance with applicable law that do not cause financial loss to Beebosbags S.r.l.
• Guests – Clients who have accepted these Terms & Conditions and purchased services.
• Drivers – professional drivers or transport companies engaged as third-party providers.
• Trip Planning – paid service offered by Beebosbags S.r.l. for organizing complete travel experiences, including accommodation, transfers, restaurants, and activities.

By booking with Beebosbags S.r.l. (operating as Your Local X), you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your party.

Upon payment and booking confirmation, all users agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms, together with information on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Beebosbags S.r.l. The company acts as a licensed tour operator and provider of tourism-related services, directly or via third-party providers under its coordination.

Beebosbags S.r.l. may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Products are valid as per the dates/times displayed. Beebosbags S.r.l. is not responsible for external information not directly provided by us.
• Requests for changes must be submitted via email to info@yourlocalx.com or by phone at +39 331 3326990.
• Amendments requested ≥24h before the confirmed service are free of charge, subject to availability.
• Amendments requested <24h may incur additional costs (e.g. new ticket fees, personnel charges).
• Beebosbags S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel, substitute, or change any service for operational reasons.

• Prices are fixed at the time of booking and payable in EUR.
• Prices may vary due to government actions or ticket price changes without prior notice.
• Multi-currency display is for reference only; charges are in EUR.
• Foreign exchange rates used are updated daily and are non-negotiable.

• Only one promo code may be used per booking.
• Promo codes apply only to advertised discounts; technical errors do not entitle the client to additional discounts.
• Promo codes are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
• Not valid on past purchases.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, plus Diners/Discover, JCB, UnionPay and PagoBancomat. Apple Pay / Google Pay are also available. If you prefer, we can send a secure payment link prior to arrival.

Full payment is required at booking. Transactions will appear as Beebosbags S.r.l. on your statement.

Force majeure includes strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

In such cases, Beebosbags S.r.l. may offer vouchers or refunds, in compliance with Italian law (D.lgs. 62/2018) and EU Directive 2015/2302.

Last-minute bookings may be affected by limited tour guides or ticket availability. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour, a new start time, or a full refund.

We reserve the right to change start times, meeting points, or itineraries. Clients will be informed by email/phone.

If no acceptable alternatives are available, guests may request a refund or voucher.

Beebosbags is not responsible for personal injury, lost or damaged luggage, or death. We are also not liable for injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control, such as wars, floods, or severe weather.

Upon booking confirmation, we will provide all details regarding meeting locations and start times. Guests should arrive 30 minutes before the tour begins. Your Local X / Beebosbags S.r.l. is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrivals. We will accommodate late guests, if possible, but no refunds will be given for missed tours due to tardiness.

Beebosbags S.r.l. is liable within the limits of Italian law and EU Directive 2015/2302. Liability for damages caused by fraud (dolo) or gross negligence (colpa grave) cannot be excluded.

We ensure all providers (guides, drivers, hotels) are licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for acts beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance. Beebosbags S.r.l. is not an insurance provider and assumes no liability for disputes with insurers.

Clients with disabilities or allergies must notify us at booking. While we will make all reasonable efforts, some sites in Italy are not accessible. We recommend private tours for travelers with mobility issues.

Beebosbags S.r.l. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during an experience or tour. Clients should have adequate insurance coverage.

Strikes or closures at museums/archaeological sites are outside our control. We will attempt rescheduling but cannot guarantee it.

Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Beebosbags S.r.l. cannot accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors.

Information on www.yourlocalx.com is for general purposes only. We make no warranties as to accuracy or completeness. Use is at your own risk.

Beebosbags S.r.l. is the Data Controller under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Our Privacy Policy is available on www.yourlocalx.com. Clients may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction) by contacting privacy@yourlocalx.com.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.

In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.

Exclusive jurisdiction: Court of Rome, Italy.
