Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you’ll craft traditional egg pasta dough to create two different types of pasta. The chefs will also share their expert tips and tricks, so you can easily recreate these delicious dishes at home. As you knead, roll, and shape your pasta, the experience will transport you to the heart of Italian cuisine.
Prepare typical Italian seasonal sauces
While your pasta dough rests, you’ll dive into the world of fresh, seasonal sauces that pair perfectly with your pasta creations. Our chefs will demonstrate how to make two delicious sauces using ingredients that are quintessential to Italian cooking. Expect to explore authentic flavors and cooking techniques that will elevate your home-cooked pasta dishes.
Enjoy a live gelato tasting

During the class, guests learn how to prepare three different types of fresh pasta under the guidance of expert instructors, discovering the techniques and gestures that turn simple ingredients into something truly special.
As the experience unfolds, seasonal sauces bring each pasta shape to life, adding depth, color, and character to every dish. To complete the journey into Italian taste, guests also enjoy authentic gelato or a refreshing sorbet, a classic finale that adds a fresh and memorable note to the class.
