Your culinary journey begins with learning the art of pasta-making from scratch. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you’ll craft traditional egg pasta dough to create two different types of pasta. The chefs will also share their expert tips and tricks, so you can easily recreate these delicious dishes at home. As you knead, roll, and shape your pasta, the experience will transport you to the heart of Italian cuisine.
Prepare typical Italian seasonal sauces
While your pasta dough rests, you’ll dive into the world of fresh, seasonal sauces that pair perfectly with your pasta creations. Our chefs will demonstrate how to make two delicious sauces using ingredients that are quintessential to Italian cooking. Expect to explore authentic flavors and cooking techniques that will elevate your home-cooked pasta dishes.
